This role focuses on operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company can meet its multidisciplinary digital workforce needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding, including initial screening and structured assessments across a varied portfolio of vacancies. This role sits within a wider collaborative People team, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to TPXimpact’s cross-capability growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows across a diverse portfolio of vacancies spanning Design (e.g., Product, Interaction, Service Design), Delivery (e.g., Agile Delivery, Product Management), Technology (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Testing), and Data (e.g., Analytics, Data Science).
  • Assessment: Screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively against predefined business, technical, and practice-specific requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant recruitment data, applicant tracking pipelines, and analytics within the ATS (ePloy) and HR systems.
  • Sourcing: Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter outreach, and passive candidate engagement across different disciplines to effectively pitch the benefits of TPXimpact.
  • Talent Pipelining: Support the maintenance of robust talent pools and pipelines for critical, frequently hired digital roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide localised market data, benchmarking context, and hiring updates to hiring managers across various business units.
  • Hiring Guidance: Guide and support hiring managers on structured interview techniques, objective assessment rubrics, and candidate evaluation best practices.
  • Process Optimisation: Partner with line managers and coordinators to ensure seamless interview scheduling and look for continuous improvements in candidate touchpoints.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, candidate-centric experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, tailored to different professional communities.
  • DEI Integration: Implement and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within recruitment workflows (e.g., using bias-free language, ensuring diverse slates).
  • Project Support: Support the delivery of the wider People Plan on specific recruitment-led projects and initiatives.

Dimensions

  • Budget: N/A
  • Headcount: N/A
  • Resource Complexity & Nature of Work: Works independently within a matrix structure, collaborating with hiring managers, practice leads, and the wider People team. Requires strong time management, context-switching skills, and the agility to balance multiple distinct vacancy tracks simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving Responsibility & Complexity: Acts to solve immediate recruitment challenges, sourcing constraints, and scheduling blockers independently. Recognises when barriers require escalation and seeks guidance from senior talent team members on highly complex or unprecedented cases.
  • Change Management Requirements: Actively adopts and embeds recruitment-related change initiatives, including the rollout of updated compliance rules, new ATS tools, and progressive inclusive hiring methods.
  • Internal / External Interactions:
    • Internal: Partners directly with hiring managers, capability leads, and People team peers across Design, Delivery, Tech, and Data to deliver resourcing needs.
    • External: Engages confidently with candidates, job boards, professional networks, and industry communities to source diverse talent.
  • Strategic Timeframe Working Towards: Focused on immediate to short-to-medium term delivery (0–6 months view), managing live open vacancies while contributing to immediate talent pipeline health.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
