This role is a 4 month fixed term contract
Filtronic is looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the People team at our state-of-the-art head office in Sedgefield on a 4 month fixed-term contract. Supporting the Talent Partner, you'll help deliver a smooth and positive recruitment experience from sourcing through to onboarding.
This varied role includes:
- Coordinating interviews and assessments
- Reviewing applications
- Managing candidate communications
- Updating the applicant tracking system
- Supporting sourcing activity across LinkedIn and job boards
You'll also contribute to STEM outreach, careers fairs, and early-careers initiatives, helping attract future engineering talent.

We're looking for someone with recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar people-focused experience, ideally gained in-house or within an agency. You'll be a confident communicator, highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a genuine passion for candidate experience, talent attraction, and supporting the growth of an innovative engineering business. The role may also be ideal for a recruiter who is waiting to start a new permanent position or is currently between jobs.
