Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Recruitment Coordinator

West End, London | £40,000–£45,000 + Benefits | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid Working (4 office days) | EMEA & APAC

We are partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join its established Talent Acquisition team.

Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the business.

This is a varied position, offering exposure to both experienced hire and early careers recruitment—ideal for someone looking to further develop their Talent Acquisition career within an international organisation.


The Role

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple regions, stakeholders, and time zones
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Supporting experienced hire and early careers recruitment across EMEA and APAC
  • Organising assessment centres, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events
  • Arranging candidate travel and interview logistics
  • Assisting with offer management, onboarding, and pre-employment screening
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, reporting, and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external suppliers
  • Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or within an in-house recruitment or HR team
  • Highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, and recruitment administration
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and building strong working relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or corporate environments is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams
