This opportunity sits within the Experienced and Executive Hiring team, part of the People function, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with business growth.
This is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role with a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the entire recruitment lifecycle across firm service lines, acting as a key coordinator for:
- Interviews, onboarding, and administrative activities
- Collaborating closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
- Ensuring a professional, efficient, and engaging hiring experience
You’ll help streamline the process by:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing diaries, and resolving availability conflicts
- Managing candidate and interviewer communications, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging updates
- Coordinating and distributing workload by efficiently managing inbound requests via the shared inbox
- Supporting recruitment administration, including:
- Compiling candidate visa packs for sponsorship processes via Global Mobility
- Maintaining accurate trackers and reporting data

Responsibilities
Your core duties will include:
- Handling multi-role coordination, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Conducting precise data management, especially when working with high volumes of activity
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documents and administrative tasks
- Pro-actively fostering clear communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Working collaboratively with a high-performing team to evolve recruitment processes
- Ensuring real-time remote accessibility, scheduling flexibility, and consistency in service
Requirements

- Strong organisational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – ensuring professional, accurate correspondence with all stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset – capability to perform well within a team and foster cohesive working relationships
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools – the role will require familiarisation with RSM’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
While no specific prior experience is mandatory, a background in recruitment, administrative support, or related field is highly advantageous.
