What You'll Do:
The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, People teams, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while supporting CoreWeave’s continued growth across EMEA. As we scale our infrastructure footprint, our operational coordination directly impacts our ability to hire top-tier talent efficiently.
About the role:
This position requires a professional who is fully fluent in written and spoken Polish, possesses a deep understanding of Polish business culture, and is fully comfortable working aligned to Polish business hours (CET/CEST).
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle.
This role will primarily support our Engineering recruitment team based in Warsaw, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure an efficient and scalable process. While focusing on Engineering, you will also remain adaptable to support additional EMEA business areas as hiring demands evolve. This highly visible position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating complex interview logistics, maintaining accurate data within Greenhouse, and leveraging technology to support efficient recruiting operations while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or a similar support role.
- Fluent in Polish with a deep understanding of Polish culture and business etiquette to effectively partner with our Warsaw-based teams and candidate pool.
- Comfortable working aligned to Polish working hours to ensure seamless collaboration with local engineering recruiters and stakeholders.
- Proven experience coordinating high-volume interview activity across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
- As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are often the first point of contact for our talent pipeline; timely, warm, and highly professional communication is expected at all times across both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of interview activity in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting teams within a high-growth or rapidly changing business.
- Thrive when working through ambiguity and evolving processes, with the ability to hit the ground running and help bring structure, consistency, and organisation to a growing function.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and rigorous follow-through.
- Able to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Confident building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
- Comfortable following established processes while exercising sound judgement when unexpected situations arise.
- Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and productivity tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve ways of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred:
- Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS to manage requisitions, postings, and interview plans.
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, operations, infrastructure, or data centre hiring teams.
- Experience working within a global or distributed recruiting environment.
- Experience supporting recruiting operations projects, interviewer enablement, or process optimisation initiatives.

The starting pay rate will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
