Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Biggin Hill. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work with the wider team to provide administration and coordination support whilst ensuring an excellent candidate journey for all.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- To manage the recruitment inbox, to include responding to emails in a timely manner and filing appropriately
- Own and manage the recruitment calendar.
- Keep track and update any team vacancies trackers and reporting.
- Raise and accept POs and share invoices with Purchase Ledger, and be involved with budgeting and forecasting for the year ahead with the wider talent team
- Process administration tasks in relation to recruitment
- Organise and book interviews for candidates
- Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring a memorable journey throughout the recruitment process including following up pre and post interview.
- Liaise with line managers and candidates on interview availability and update the recruitment calendar accordingly.
- Review CV’s and shortlist roles as instructed by the TA Partners.
- Post jobs on our career’s website and any relevant job boards.
- Conduct screening interviews with prospective candidates
- Work alongside the TA Team to help on any appropriate projects
- Create efficient ways of working with an innovative mindset.
- Ad hoc support with administrative tasks and any support to the wider HR team if needed.

What Are We Looking For?
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition and the importance of the candidate journey
- Proactive and organised
- Knowledge of ATS Systems
Experience
Prior to the role it would be essential that you have:
- Administration and coordination experience, preferably in a HR or TA space
- Previous experience in managing inboxes and diaries.
- Experience in screening CVs or booking interviews
- Experience in raising POs
- Recruitment systems experience
Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
- Proven training on recruitment and selection.
- Workday experience.
Qualifications
Essential to be successful in the role you must have the following qualifications:
- Educated to A-Level or qualified by experience
Desirable Qualifications Include
- CIPD Level 5
- University degree
- Recruitment-specific qualification
