Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Leading Hedge Fund | Immediate Start

Looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition within a high-performing global business?

We're hiring a high-potential graduate to join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading global investment firm.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a world-class in-house recruitment function, learning how top talent is identified, assessed and hired across a global organisation.

While interview coordination and candidate management will form a significant part of the role initially, this position is designed as an entry point into Talent Acquisition, with opportunities to develop broader recruitment skills and take on additional responsibility over time.

The role

You'll join a lean, fast-moving Talent Acquisition team that supports hiring across the business.

A key part of your role will be ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams
  • Managing complex diaries, logistics and changing priorities
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates
  • Supporting a first-class candidate experience
  • Working closely with EAs, hiring managers and stakeholders across the firm
  • Maintaining recruitment data and supporting hiring processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
