Pinson, a leading, rapidly growing recruitment agency specialising in the traffic management sector, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-growing company and offer support to our recruitment team.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, a coordinator will manage administrative bottlenecks so our recruiters can focus on client acquisition and placement to scale the business.
You will be:
- Screening CVs
- Sourcing candidates
- Placing job adverts
- Managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Assisting with onboarding for agency workers
- Providing the recruitment team with administrative support

To thrive in this position, you need a strong mix of administrative and interpersonal skills:
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic is the most critical soft skill for success in high-volume recruitment and staffing roles. You will need to demonstrate discipline, adaptability, and integrity within this position.
- Organisation & Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple job vacancies, shifting interview schedules, and changing priorities.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication is vital when interacting with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers.
- Systems: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g., Vincere) is preferred. An advanced understanding of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) is critical for this position.
Your Qualifications
- 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced environment (Required)
- 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Great at multitasking
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ambitious, trustworthy, and passionate about their work
