Talent Acquisition Coordinator

West End, London | £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its established Talent Acquisition team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a busy, collaborative and internationally focused recruitment function supporting hiring across EMEA and APAC. Working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.

Supporting both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, this role offers genuine breadth and exposure across the recruitment lifecycle, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing their career within Talent Acquisition.

The Role

  • Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers.
  • Coordinating interviews across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a professional and engaging candidate journey.
  • Supporting both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, including graduate and intern hiring.
  • Coordinating assessment centres, recruitment events and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Arranging interview logistics, candidate travel and meeting schedules.
  • Supporting offer management, onboarding and pre-employment screening.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and Applicant Tracking System records.
  • Building strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements and team initiatives.

About You

  • Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or an in-house recruitment function.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling and recruitment administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Previous experience within financial services, professional services or another corporate environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.
