Talent Acquisition Coordinator (with fluent German)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team supporting the Lilly Germany Hub. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career within Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting recruitment activities across Germany and Austria, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the recruitment process, providing administrative and coordination support across a variety of hiring activities.

  • Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment partners to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Support recruitment activities across Germany and Austria
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruitment systems
  • Assist with job posting, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and offer administration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR teams, and external recruitment agencies
  • Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related queries
  • Support contingent workforce administration and vendor coordination activities
  • Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and processes
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey

About You

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition support, customer service, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with recruitment systems, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

What Would Make You Stand Out?

  • Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition processes
  • Exposure to the German, Austrian, or wider DACH market
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies or contingent workforce programmes
  • Knowledge of ATS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate, shared services, or RPO environment
