Talent Acquisition Executive

An exciting time to join a business where you will make a difference.

We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply filling vacancies, taking ownership of recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team, you'll play a key role in attracting high-quality talent while ensuring recruitment is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the business's long-term goals.

A fantastic role that focuses around market mapping, employer brand, ATS projects, recruitment systems, career events and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment enquiries.
  • Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
