Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £26,400 + commission

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent into our Contact Centre teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in internal recruitment, talent acquisition and people strategy.

You’ll be the face of Zuto throughout the candidate journey, building relationships, identifying talent and creating a fantastic candidate experience from first conversation through to offer stage.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where energy, resilience and communication skills are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and outbound outreach.
  • Making high volumes of outbound calls to identify and attract top talent.
  • Headhunting candidates and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and providing a positive recruitment experience throughout.
  • Screening candidates and assessing suitability for Contact Centre opportunities.
  • Supporting and attending assessment days, helping identify high-potential talent.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Providing feedback and maintaining regular communication with candidates.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the business.
  • Understanding hiring needs and supporting workforce growth plans.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and representing Zuto professionally at all times.
  • Working towards recruitment and hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously developing recruitment, sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Taking ownership of personal development with clear progression opportunities into senior recruitment leadership roles.

What You’ll Need

  • We’re looking for someone ambitious, confident and passionate about people and relationship-building.
  • To be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to people over the phone.
  • High levels of resilience, motivation and drive.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to approach and engage candidates directly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
