Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a recruiter to support our hiring team in driving hires across various geographies. You'll work across a number of roles spanning different departments, owning candidate relationships end-to-end and making sure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
What you additionally need to know
This is a Hybrid role based in London and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
What would be you be responsible for
- Sourcing candidates through both internal and external channels.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to the appropriate job boards, publications, colleges, etc.
- Sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
- Screening resumes and applications, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to keep candidates moving on schedule.
- Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
- Acting as a point of contact and building strong, influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Handling daily HR administrative duties, including maintaining records across data sources, monthly/ad-hoc reporting, and P-File management.
- Supporting ad hoc projects as needed.

You Might Be a Good Fit If...
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, in an agency or in-house setting.
- You have hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are independent, well-organized, and a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative.
- You are flexible working in a dynamic environment and comfortable interviewing candidates across different time zones.
- You have experience working with Greenhouse.
