Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead, Europe

Location: London, United Kingdom

Reporting To: Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Listed on the NASDAQ, the company operates across multiple international markets and continues to expand its footprint through a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and digital innovation.

As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, Europe to drive recruitment strategy and execution across the European region. Based in London, this role will partner closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and senior business leaders to build exceptional teams across Europe, supporting the company's ambitious expansion plans.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about attracting world-class talent. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, acting as both a trusted business partner and a recruitment expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across Europe, supporting multiple countries and business functions.
  • Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across commercial, operations, technology, supply chain, finance, HR, and corporate functions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, networking, executive search, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Drive leadership and critical hiring projects across the European region.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
  • Utilize recruitment data, market intelligence, and analytics to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Manage external search partners and recruitment vendors where appropriate.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local employment legislation across Europe.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and employee value proposition across the European talent market.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably within multinational, retail, e-commerce, technology, consumer, or other fast-growing international organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple European markets.
  • Strong experience hiring across a broad range of functions, including commercial, operations, technology, supply chain, finance, and corporate roles.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of direct sourcing, executive search, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong understanding of European labor markets and cross-border recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European language skills are advantageous.
