Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: London hybrid (Finsbury Pavement)

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Type: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the growth of our London office by finding, engaging, and securing the best talent in our markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on networking, proactive headhunting, and building genuine relationships with candidates long before a role ever opens. You'll own the end-to-end hiring experience for a range of roles - with a particular focus on 360 recruiters, recruitment managers, delivery recruiters, and embedded recruiters - while shaping how we attract and engage talent across the business.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to land in an inbox. We need someone who is out in the market, building networks, mapping talent pools, and creating a pipeline of exceptional people before we need them.

What You'll Do

Talent Attraction & Headhunting

  • Proactively source, network, and headhunt top-tier recruitment talent (360, management-level, delivery, and embedded recruiters) across our key markets
  • Build and maintain a strong personal network within the recruitment industry to create a consistent pipeline of passive talent
  • Develop and execute creative, proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying on inbound applications alone
  • Represent our employer brand externally, at events, on social platforms, and within recruitment communities - to raise our profile as an employer of choice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
