Talent Acquisition Lead

Engineering and AI Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We're building an AI Front Office that autonomously runs businesses. Working alongside technical founder Kai Feller (previous company was one of the UK's largest bootstrapped exits, valued at $300m), we're assembling an elite founding team that moves fast and gets things done.

This is our first dedicated talent hire and one of the most consequential roles we’ll fill this year. You’ll own talent acquisition end to end—setting the strategy, building the process, and personally finding, attracting, and hiring the people who will define what Cyberstaff becomes. You’ll work directly with the founder to define what great looks like, and then you’ll go and deliver it. The calibre of the team you build will determine how far and fast we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full hiring cycle: strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding. Every successful hire is your responsibility, from that first touch to the first day.
    • Proactive, comprehensive, and creative sourcing to engage and acquire the very best talent.
    • Build and refine a thoughtfully designed yet efficient hiring process, filtering out unsuitable candidates and emphasising qualities that truly define an exceptional team member.
  • Work closely with the founder to:
    • Translate what we’re building into the person we need
    • Audibly extract and articulate what ‘great’ looks like in this role
  • Run an impeccable candidate experience, representing a strong employer brand through clear, professional communication that leaves a delightful impression throughout the process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
