Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development Advisor
Head of Talent Acquisition & Learning Development – Radisson Hotel Group
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for attracting great talent and developing people. Whether you've built your career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or as a people leader with significant hiring experience, you’ll play a key role in finding and hiring exceptional talent while supporting learning and development across our hotels and Area Support Office.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head of Department, Manager, and Area Support Office positions, as well as other business-critical roles.

Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of traditional sourcing methods, social media, and innovative attraction techniques.

Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, hotel openings, and high-volume hiring projects.

Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and ATS.

Monitor recruitment performance through reporting and analytics, providing insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Ensure recruitment activity is compliant, accurately recorded, and aligned with company standards.

Learning & Development
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions.
- Support the annual learning calendar and key development initiatives.
- Train and certify Hotel Trainers to deliver corporate programmes.
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and reporting.
- Promote learning opportunities, onboarding programmes, and development initiatives across the business.
- Support compliance training and ensure mandatory learning requirements are met.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading recruitment and selection activities, either in a dedicated Talent Acquisition, HR, or operational leadership role.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or supporting Learning & Development initiatives would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
