The Position and Team

AlixPartners is seeking a highly capable, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring across our Risk Advisory practice in EMEA as well as other industries, services, and corporate services functions. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders within the business.

The role reports into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Leadership and works closely with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Staffing & Resourcing teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you will play a key role in supporting strategic hiring priorities and driving business impact through talent.

You will thrive in a dynamic setting, working with senior stakeholders, leveraging data to inform decisions, and demonstrating strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

You will manage a full 360° recruitment scope across the Risk team, including:

  • End-to-end recruitment delivery: Lead and manage the full hiring lifecycle across experienced and junior hires mainly within the Risk Advisory practice in EMEA but will include other industries and departments.
  • Stakeholder partnership & advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
  • Business alignment: Develop a strong understanding of the Risk business, including its growth strategy, hiring priorities, and talent needs, aligning recruitment activity accordingly.
  • Candidate attraction & sourcing strategy: Own and drive sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels (direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, and events) to attract high-quality talent.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure D&I principles are embedded throughout the recruitment process and candidate pipelines.
  • Pipeline management & candidate assessment: Screen and assess candidates, ensuring quality shortlisting and alignment with role and firm expectations.
  • Candidate experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a best-in-class experience throughout the process.
  • Interview and process management: Coordinate and manage interview processes efficiently, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to SLAs.
  • Agency management: Partner with external search firms and vendors, ensuring clear briefings and strong commercial alignment.
  • Early careers & campus engagement: Support relationships with leading universities and business schools, contributing to pipeline development for junior hiring.
  • Data, reporting & systems: Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and provide regular updates on pipeline status, market insights, and hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • Offer management & onboarding: Manage offers in partnership with People Operations and ensure a smooth transition from offer through onboarding.
  • Project support: Contribute to broader EMEA Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
