Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for someone who thrives on proactively identifying, engaging, and securing high-calibre talent through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring Protec attracts the very best people across a range of technical, engineering, operational, and leadership positions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across all business areas.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent mapping, networking, and industry contacts to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future vacancies.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent.
- Develop creative recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Identify and approach passive candidates for specialist and leadership vacancies.
- Undertake targeted headhunting activities across engineering, technical, and management disciplines.
- Monitor Key Recruitment metrics.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- Demonstrable success in sourcing and securing passive candidates.
- Strong headhunting and direct search experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Commercially focused with strong business awareness.
- Driven, resilient, and highly proactive approach.
