Internal Recruitment Manager (6 Month FTC) - Fully Remote
Reporting to: Leadership Team
2026 is shaping up to be a big year for elemed, and now we need the right person to help us grow our own team.
We are an 11 year old, self-funded, and 100% privately owned consultancy specialising in the world of Medical Devices. From artificial hearts to cancer-fighting radiotherapy machines, the people we place change lives.
We are growing fast across the UK, Europe, and the US, and we need more brilliant people to help us do it.
That is where you come in.
We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager to own our hiring from start to finish. You will find, attract, and secure the recruiters who will help build what comes next, across perm and contract, at every level.
The Role
You will own the full hiring journey for our internal recruitment hires. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Mapping the Market: Building and mapping candidate pools of recruitment consultants across Life Sciences, MedTech, Medical Devices, and AI/Software Engineering.
- Engaging Talent: Reaching out, building relationships, and keeping applicants engaged and excited about elemed throughout the process.
- Running the Process: Initial interviewing, managing applicants through every stage, and presenting your recommendations to the leadership team.
- Closing: Negotiating and securing the applicants once an offer is on the table.
- Onboarding: Supporting our Ops team in onboarding new hires ahead of their first day with elemed.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
You are a recruiter who knows how to recruit recruiters. You understand what makes a great consultant tick, how to spot one, and how to sell an opportunity they cannot say no to. You know what a great recruiter looks like, and you know how to talk to them.
You will have experience hiring recruitment consultants or at least sales professionals.
You are confident running a process on your own, comfortable presenting to senior people, and you enjoy the part where you get an applicant over the line.
