The Role

We have a strong talent acquisition function in place, built and led by an experienced specialist. This role has been created to pair with that person — bringing additional capacity, a complementary perspective, and genuine shared ownership of both staff and senior hiring.

You will join a small, close-knit TA team, operating as genuine partners — sharing work, going to market together, and jointly shaping hiring across all levels.

Working closely with the CPO, you will cover the full hiring lifecycle from Senior Associate through to Director level, with an active role in our senior Partner pipeline. You will have direct access to the CEO, Chair, and Partners.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage the pipeline

    • Design and run proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
    • Develop structured talent maps for priority roles and maintain warm pipelines of high-calibre candidates
    • Use data and tooling — including AI-enabled sourcing tools — to enrich candidate intelligence and reduce time-to-shortlist
    • Actively support Partner and Director searches: owning sourcing, candidate engagement, and process coordination
  • Run an excellent process

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment from Senior Associate to Director level, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
    • Brief hiring managers and Partners effectively — hold timelines, feedback loops, and decisions with discipline
    • Continuously improve role briefs, interview frameworks, and assessment approaches

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
