We're supporting a leading global consultancy in the search for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join their internal talent acquisition team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house recruiter with experience hiring senior consultants or professionals from leading consulting firms. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging and securing high-calibre consulting talent while partnering closely with senior business leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for experienced consulting hires across the UK & Ireland.
  • Market map and identify talent from top-tier consulting firms.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates, assess capability and cultural fit, and manage the interview process from initial contact through to offer.
  • Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders to develop tailored attraction and hiring strategies.
  • Manage offer negotiations, candidate experience and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure accurate recruitment data is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment team to support hiring across multiple regions when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
