About the Opportunity
We are embarking on an exciting retail expansion programme with five new store openings starting end of August 2026. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on a contract basis to lead all recruitment activity associated with our store launch programme. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for five new retail store openings.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned to opening timelines.
- Manage high-volume hiring across Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Sales Associates.
- Partner closely with Operations and Regional Leadership teams.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, local community networks and recruitment events.
- Coordinate assessment and interview processes.
- Build talent pipelines for future expansion.
- Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About You
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management, or Talent Partner roles.
- Strong retail recruitment experience, preferably supporting new store openings or multi-site operations.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to deliver against ambitious hiring deadlines.
