Talent Acquisition Manager Hampshire / Berkshire (Hybrid)


We are excited to be supporting a well-established organisation on a confidential search for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to take ownership of their talented in-house recruitment function.


This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Lead a small team
  • Oversee a busy hiring environment
  • Shape how recruitment is delivered across the business

The focus is on driving consistency, improving ways of working, and ensuring a professional and efficient hiring process.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing guidance on hiring approaches while balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience within talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable managing recruitment at pace across a range of roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with experience improving processes, systems and delivery models.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and standard UK hiring practices.
  • Experience in a global / multi-site hiring environment would be an advantage.
