Talent Acquisition Manager

Senior Recruitment Lead (Hybrid - London)

This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the Verve London office (Covent Garden).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring across a diverse range of roles, with a focus on industry-specific positions such as:

    • Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations)
    • Marketing
    • Product
    • Corporate/Support functions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across Europe, the US, and APAC.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and regional leaders, aligning recruitment plans with business goals and challenges.

  • Own the full recruitment cycle, including:

    • Job scoping and definition
    • Sourcing and outreach
    • Assessment and interviewing
    • Offer negotiation
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that bolsters the company’s culture and employer brand.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning Verve as an employer of choice.

  • Driven by a passion for innovation, optimise recruitment processes, reduce reliance on third parties, and improve time-to-hire.

  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and deliver regular recruitment analytics.

Key Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience, whether from a recruitment agency or in-house, specialising in niche technical or commercial roles.
  • Expertise in:
    • Sourcing & networking
    • Interviewing
    • Offer negotiation at senior levels
  • Previous experience in commercial roles or the advertising industry is strongly preferred.
  • Technical recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with rapid change.
  • Experience (or enthusiasm) in organising recruitment events, hackathons, or industry meetups to attract top talent.
  • CURRENT OR PASSED
    • Excitement for storytelling & brand-building (internal and external)
    • Passion for challenging traditional recruitment methods
    • Client-service minded, with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to engage across all organisational levels—from entry-level candidates to SVP decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient to navigate the inherent unpredictability of recruitment.
