Role Overview
International Talent Acquisition role in the Middle East, focusing on global hiring within real estate and construction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and disciplines
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies

Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to international recruitment
- Strong track record managing multiple mandates in a fast-moving environment
- Background in Real Estate or Construction is essential, with a focus on early stage developments a strong requirement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate in a high growth setting
- Willing to relocate
