Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition Location: Hybrid (1/2 days on-site per week) Employment type: Full-time (maternity cover for 12 months) Salary: Up to £27,000 (depending on experience)


About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will design and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to attract passionate childcare professionals and recruit them to Busy Bees Nurseries.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to:

  • Develop compelling content
  • Manage recruitment campaigns
  • Strengthen our employer brand, ensuring Busy Bees stands out as a top choice for educators and carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across:
    • Social media
    • Job boards
    • Our careers website
  • Create visual and written content (graphics, videos, copy) to highlight:
    • Busy Bees as an employer of choice
    • Our values and team culture
  • Support our employer brand strategy, including:
    • Employee advocacy initiatives
    • Enhancing internal communications
  • Optimise and track performance of:
    • Careers site content
    • Campaign analytics
  • Coordinate recruitment events, careers fairs, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain recruitment systems, ensuring smooth processes
  • Assist the Head of Talent Acquisition with:
    • Continuous improvement projects
    • Initiatives that drive positive change
  • Manage team communications via email, phone, and internal platforms

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in marketing, recruitment, or HR support roles
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Proven creative flair with:
    • Copywriting & content creation
    • Visual design (complementary skills with Canva a plus)
  • Confidence in:
    • Digital marketing tools (e.g., job boards, social media platforms)
    • Analytical monitoring of campaign performance
  • Ability to:
    • Multitask under flexible deadlines
    • Work independently with initiative
  • Passionate about people & teamwork, with a desire to:
    • Make a positive impact in early years education
  • Adaptable communication style for diverse audiences
