We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team for a 6 months fixed term contract, to hire top talent for our Shift Manager roles across the business. What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Shift Manager roles from requisition to offer
  • Post job ads across internal and external platforms, making sure we’re visible where it matters
  • Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind
  • Organise and attend store open days to meet potential talent face-to-face
  • Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners

What you'll need

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)
  • A passion for delivering a great candidate experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving
  • Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
