About the Role
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding handover
- Write and post job advertisements across LinkedIn, job portals, and agency networks
- Source candidates proactively using databases, referrals, headhunting, and social platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on technical and role-specific requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members
- Support negotiation and issuance of offer letters in coordination with HR
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring timely closure of roles
- Lead bulk hiring / mass recruitment drives when required
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs
- Assist in manpower planning discussions and hiring prioritization
- Maintain structured recruitment trackers and workforce reports
- Provide regular updates on hiring status, pipeline strength, and forecast gaps
- Act as the primary coordination point between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate with HR operations, PRO, and payroll teams for onboarding formalities
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience at all stages
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and audit-ready
- Track key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with universities, institutes, and recruitment agencies
- Strengthen talent pipelines for key technical and operational roles
- Contribute to enhancing company visibility as an employer of choice

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR or Talent Acquisition certification is an advantage
- 4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in technical hiring (engineering, UAV, aerospace, or similar industries preferred)
- Proven experience in mass hiring / bulk recruitment campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Expertise in candidate screening and behavioral interviewing
- Experience using ATS/HR systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Strong reporting and recruitment analytics skills
- Understanding of UAE labour law and hiring compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Work Details
- Primary work location: Air Q Limited, Masdar City – Abu Dhabi
- May be required to work across company sites based on operational needs
- Working hours aligned with company policy and business requirements
- Full compliance with internal HR policies and procedures is mandatory
