The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving a highly efficient, data-led TA function that delivers a seamless, best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations and partnering closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, the role focuses on optimising processes, embedding automation and maximising the use of the TA tech stack to support hiring at scale. Leading a team of coordinators, the role champions operational excellence through continuous improvement, transparent stakeholder engagement and proactive, solution-focused delivery - ensuring the TA team operates with speed, precision and impact.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading and developing a team of TA Coordinators, ensuring delivery of a seamless, high-quality candidate experience across scheduling and interview management
- Owning day-to-day TA operations and administration, including Workday management and optimisation, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows
- Acting as SME and superuser for TA systems and tools, driving best practice adoption, optimisation and continuous enhancement of the TA tech stack
- Delivering reports and insights, building dashboards and providing data-driven updates to stakeholders
- Using data to monitor operational health, such as pipelines, time-to-fill and interviewer usage, identifying trends and driving improvements
- Leading TA projects, applying structured delivery to improve processes, scalability and efficiency
- Driving process excellence through automation and streamlined workflows
- Exploring and implementing AI solutions to enhance TA operations
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide clear, solution-focused updates and continuously improve service delivery

- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgement and a structured approach
- Process improvement mindset, with experience streamlining workflows and driving efficiency
- Collaborative team player with ability to bring structure and accountability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Technical skills

- Experience using Workday or a similar ATS or HRIS platform
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and use metrics to drive decision-making
