Job Description
This is a 6 month fixed term contract
Culina Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, who will lead on our centre recruitment, partnering with our, Operational teams to deliver resourcing solutions to the wider Culina Group.
Key Duties

Recruitment Delivery
- Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously across multiple grades and locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, including supporting and advising hiring managers on best practice through screening and selection process.

Talent Attraction
- Ownership of various Talent Attraction strategies to proactively source and engage passive and diverse talent, building talent pools across multiple platforms eg LinkedIn, internal networks and our ATS for

Recruitment Expertise
- Trusted Partner to the group with the expertise to challenge thinking and deliver innovative strategies to deliver effective hiring outcomes.
- Gathering hiring data for your functional area and translate it into meaningful insight to present to stakeholders.

Employer Branding
- Act as an ambassador for Culina Group and support in Employer Brand activities, promoting consistent EVP messaging throughout the Candidate journey.
- Support in attracting diverse talent groups ensuring Culina Group are an employer of choice in key areas.

Project Management
- Lead and support a variety of recruitment-focused projects to help support optimisation of recruitment systems and processes.
- Support on recruitment related change initiatives, proposing effective communication channels to key stakeholders and support in training on new processes, tools and best practices.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure that roles are maintained and correctly reported in ATS system.
- Support in ensuring candidates are progressed quickly through the recruitment workflow to ensure accurate KPI and data recording.
- Support with tracking performance, using data and insights to make data informed decisions.
- Produce Weekly / Monthly reports to track performance across High volume recruitment for the group

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various locations and the ability to influence on recruitment strategies and best practice and supporting the business to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with wider HR teams to support on HR initiatives to support Talent and Recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Proven in-house or agency experience recruiting management positions across multiple disciplines, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- 3-4 years within the recruitment sector.
- A real people person you’ll be approachable with a personable nature.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Ability to proactively engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience of active sourcing, attraction and selection methods.
- Computer literate, experience using Office 365 and Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience of using a Talent Management System.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Full UK driving license.
