Job Description/Responsibilities

This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR, leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and locations. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes by providing market insights, driving effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning needs. Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent across assigned functions. Provide labor market insights, talent availability data, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions. Lead the end-to-end recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer guidance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management. Guide hiring teams on structured interview practices and candidate evaluation to drive strong selection decisions. Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline health to improve hiring outcomes and time-to-fill. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices. Maintain accurate documentation and data within recruiting systems. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods Understanding of employment laws and compliance practices Ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Experience recruiting across multiple functions on a global scale in a growth-oriented organisation Experience providing consultative talent insights and market intelligence to hiring leaders
