Ensemble – Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary – W2, up to 11 months)

The Opportunity

As the Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as Ensemble’s trusted strategic consultant and retained search expert for Director-level and above leadership recruitment. Seamlessly bridging leaders and top-tier executive talent, you will:

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive recruiting: Manage full-cycle searches for executive talent, from strategising sourcing approaches and executing searches to closing high-impact hires.
  • Partner with senior leadership: Collaborate closely with executives to refine role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies aligned with Ensemble’s mission, values, and culture.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines: Leverage research, networking, referrals, industry events, and social platforms to cultivate a rich network of executive talent.
  • Source, assess, and place leadership: Conduct in-depth executive sourcing, screening, interviews, and fit assessments with precision.
  • Strategic advisory: Provide tactical guidance and competitive intelligence to hiring leaders, including insights into talent availability, market trends, and best practices.
  • Manage the interview process: Facilitate fair, structured feedback loops and guide decision-making to streamline the hiring journey.
  • Secure commitment: Present, negotiate, and present/recommend offers that align with compensation and relocation best practices.
  • Drive recruiting metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time to hire.
  • Stay current: Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare leadership markets and trends in executive recruiting.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (pronunciation unit required).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in recruiting or HR, with specialist expertise in executive-level searches.
  • Proven impact: Track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and placing senior leadership talent.
  • Advisory mindset: Experience working collaboratively within senior leadership and C-suite circles.
  • Strategic problem-solving: Strong ability to leverage talent market insights, negotiate, and build relationships across both parties.
  • Competency in interviewing: Deep expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques for high-level assessments.
  • Compliance knowledge: Understanding of state and federal employment laws and ethical recruiting practices.
  • Ambiguity resilience: Comfort navigating fast-paced, evolving environments where decisions may be informed incrementally.

Preferred Certifications

  • AIRS Professional Recruitment Certification (PRC)
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
  • Other relevant recruiting or HR certifications.
