Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Partner (G&A) – Embedded Recruitment

About Us

We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients span some of the most innovative organisations, from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries. Our team is remote-first, spanning the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam, united by a globally minded and collaborative approach.

We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven—creating better outcomes for both companies and candidates.

Why This Role Exists

As a Talent Partner (G&A), you’ll build high-performing business teams driving operational excellence across clients’ organisations. Embedded within client teams, you’ll help them scale effectively through growth and change.

You’ll partner with C-suite leaders, department heads, and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies, defining capabilities, and ensuring recruitment aligns with business goals. Thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, you’ll need to balance operational delivery with strategic influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
