Purpose Of The Role
The team is responsible for recruitment of all staff across the business. An ideal applicant will have past internal recruitment or external agency experience with a good understanding of the entire recruitment cycle.
- Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Location: Leyland (We operate a hybrid working model, requiring attendance in our Leyland office 3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing of candidates from junior to senior level roles
- Dealing with high volume recruitment
- Interviewing candidates/pre-screening/attending selection panels
- Liaising with line managers nationwide throughout the business to understand varying recruitment needs
- Liaising with both internal and external staff and professional organizations (veterans societies, government schemes, universities, and colleges, etc)
- Diary Management, Administration, and carrying out employment checks
- Assisting in training/Development of managers on the Talent process
- Attending job fairs, schools, and colleges
- Involvement and management of apprenticeship programs and assisting the HR team and Learning and Development with associated administration
- Data reporting for MI - Excel skills essential
- Assisting marketing with advertising vacancies/social media and intranet
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects/duties may be required to support the business
