The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-growth recruitment group. This is an in-house Talent Acquisition role focused on attracting and hiring recruitment professionals across the business. This is a highly stakeholder-facing role, partnering closely with business leaders across multiple regions (UK, US and Asia) and supporting hiring across a portfolio of specialist recruitment brands.
The focus of the role is hiring recruitment professionals, from early-career consultants through to experienced billers and future leaders. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines, managing hiring activity and delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across the group.
More About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple brands within the group, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership. The majority of hiring will focus on recruitment consultants, senior consultants and management-level talent, with exposure to more senior and strategic hiring projects over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
