At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. From global events and immersive brand activations to digital campaigns and internal communications, we partner with some of the world's leading technology and lifestyle brands to create unforgettable experiences.
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and help us attract exceptional talent across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC.
If you're an experienced in-house recruiter who loves sourcing great people, building relationships and creating an outstanding candidate experience, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be headhunting creative talent, the next creating engaging LinkedIn content, analysing recruitment data, attending networking events or supporting hiring across one of our international regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
