Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing the company’s recruitment in its entirety. Developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process start to finish, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.

Main Duties

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs.

  • Oversee Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure accurate job descriptions. Advise on strategy.

  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll Work closely with HRBPs, HR coordinators, and Payroll to ensure seamless new starter onboarding.

  • Source Candidates Utilise various channels—job boards, social media, and networking—to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Right to Work SME Keep up to date with right-to-work updates and ensure checks are completed prior to the start date.

  • ATS Administration/Management

    • Ensure all aspects of the ATS are being utilised, including designing application forms to filter applicants.
    • Design automatic replies for each milestone.
    • Manage user access and agency lists.

  • Build Talent Pipelines Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and develop relationships with external recruitment agencies.

  • Recruitment Budget Ensure all related recruitment costs are within budget. Agree agency rates with the Head of HR.

  • Salary and Reward Research and advise the business on market rates for current and new roles to ensure competitiveness.

  • Analyse Recruitment Metrics Evaluate and improve the recruitment process continuously, using metrics to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement Lead projects aimed at identifying areas of improvement, creating plans, and rolling them out effectively.

  • CSR & Talent Diversity Initiatives Collaborate with schools and colleges to attend career fairs and oversee annual work experience week.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in both in-house and external agency recruitment (essential)
  • HRIS administration skills
  • ATS design, implementation, and administration competencies
  • Strong engaging presentation skills for induction/onboarding (essential)
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt ways of working to meet team needs
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good standard of spoken and written English (essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential)

Note: This position requires a permanent contract and is not suitable for Student Visa holders.

Working Hours & Location

  • Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
  • Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills).
  • Location: Prepworld, Northfleet (DA11 8HH).
