Overview

At Fifty5Blue, we're transforming how the world's biggest brands understand audiences. We're growing fast, evolving constantly and hiring brilliant people across Europe to help us get there.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 9-month maternity cover. You'll own recruitment across EMEA, partnering with hiring managers to find exceptional people and create an outstanding hiring experience from start to finish.

If you love building relationships, enjoy solving hiring challenges and want to work somewhere where Talent Acquisition has a genuine seat at the table, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

No two days are ever the same, but you'll spend your time:

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand what great looks like and helping them make brilliant hiring decisions.
  • Finding amazing talent through sourcing, networking and building long-term talent communities.
  • Advising stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarking and the best hiring strategies.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience that people genuinely remember.
  • Working closely with HR, People Partners and the wider Talent Acquisition team to keep recruitment moving smoothly.
  • Using recruitment data and insights to improve how we hire.
  • Continuously looking for smarter, simpler ways to improve our recruitment processes.
  • Championing inclusive hiring and helping us attract diverse talent across the region.
  • Becoming a trusted recruitment partner that hiring managers genuinely enjoy working with.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
