Talent Acquisition Partner – UK Role
About the Role
FINN Partners is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join their UK team.
This role requires responsibility for sourcing, screening, and presenting both active and passive candidates in EMEA business units (Germany, France, Ireland, Jerusalem, UAE, UK). The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

- Strong stakeholder and hiring manager collaboration
Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Define and refine roles: Effectively partner with PR/marketing stakeholders to determine job titles, descriptions, and office locations
- Pipeline management: Build and maintain a diverse pool of qualified candidates across all career levels
- Requisition processes: Obtain necessary authorization before opening job requisitions, secure approved compensation budgets, and initiate recruitment
- Candidate lifecycle management:
- Source passive candidates and review active applications
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Assess post-interview feedback and provide timely, respectful updates
- Facilitate smooth progression through hiring cycles
- ATS administration: Maintain applicant and pipeline records for future openings
- Contract and onboarding:
- Draft employment contracts for review by VP of HR, EMEA
- Coordinate onboarding details for new hires
- Referral program: Solicit and document candidate referrals in compliance with FINN’s employee referral bonus program
- Compliance & tracking:
- Stay informed about employment laws across EMEA locations
- Monitor recruitment trends and industry best practices

- Represent recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives to marketing/PR leadership
Requirements
Professional Experience
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, with preference for agency, PR, or marketing recruitment
- Career-level experience in securing high-calibre candidates
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment challenges, solutions, and best practices
Education & Skills
- Preferential focus: Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or related fields
- Technical proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Language skills:
- Business English proficiency (mandatory)
- Bonus: French or German fluency
