About:
RemoteStar is a CTO-led AI-powered HR partner working with fast-growing companies across tech, finance, and beyond. We're looking for experienced HR professionals to join as TA Partners, bringing your network and expertise to help the right people find the right opportunities.
This Is Not a Full-time Job:
This is a referral-based partnership, not employment, created for experienced HR consultants, freelance recruiters, fractional HR leaders, and boutique HR firm founders who want to:
- Build meaningful industry relationships
- Contribute their expertise to a thriving, forward-thinking ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Partner, you will:
- Participate in strategic discussions, community initiatives, and act as a trusted member of The Growth Circle ecosystem
- Share HR, talent acquisition, and workforce insights - particularly around AI adoption and the future of people functions
- Facilitate referrals, introductions, and collaboration opportunities where relevant
Who This Is For:
- Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Consulting
- Currently operating as an Independent HR Consultant, Freelance Recruiter, Fractional HR Leader, Talent Advisor, or Boutique HR Firm Founder
- Strong professional network with warm relationships among founders, CEOs, CHROs, and HR leaders at growing companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for collaboration and ecosystem building
- Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
