Talent Acquisition Partner

Financial Services

Salary: £75K - £95K

On-going temporary position – immediate start

Location: London

Hybrid Working Available

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly respected organisation within the financial services sector that is looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its collaborative and high-performing people team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building genuine relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering exceptional talent across a diverse range of corporate functions.

The team is close-knit, supportive, and values individuals who can combine commercial awareness with strong emotional intelligence. You will work closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent while helping shape hiring strategies that support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of corporate and business support functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through direct search, networking, and talent mapping activities.
  • Provide insight on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practice.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage external recruitment partners where appropriate.
  • Ensure hiring processes remain efficient, compliant, and inclusive.
  • Contribute to broader talent attraction and employer brand initiatives.

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience gained either in-house or within a specialist recruitment consultancy.
  • Experience working within Financial Services or other fast-paced, regulated environments.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent identification capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your style to different situations and business needs.

This role would suit someone who understands the pace and pressures of a financial markets environment and knows how to build credibility with stakeholders. You will be naturally relationship-focused, able to read situations well, and understand when to challenge, influence, or simply listen. Most importantly, you will be someone who loves recruiting. You will enjoy finding great people, managing a first-class hiring process, and delivering results while becoming a trusted partner to the wider business.
