Talent Acquisition Partner | Bristol | Hybrid

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience?

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an international FMCG environment, supporting end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate functions.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of corporate functions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality talent through multiple channels
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are managed efficiently and in line with best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Previous experience recruiting within corporate or professional functions
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work 2 days per week from our Bristol office
