Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience?
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an international FMCG environment, supporting end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate functions.
What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of corporate functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality talent through multiple channels
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Providing market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions
- Ensuring recruitment processes are managed efficiently and in line with best practices
- Collaborating with internal teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Previous experience recruiting within corporate or professional functions
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work 2 days per week from our Bristol office

Location
- Bristol, UK
- Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office).
