Talent Acquisition Partner – JustPark

About the Role
As our dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the sole owner of recruitment at JustPark—reporting directly into our global People team. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring across the UK and US, collaborating with stakeholders while building on existing processes to ensure great hires are repeatable and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Use a mix of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and AI tools) to attract a diverse candidate pool across the UK and US.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles, leveraging AI to surface and prioritise passive candidates at scale.
- Proactively nurture passive talent and build stronger relationships to attract top performers.
- Own a scalable entry-level pipeline through internship programmes.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the full 360-degree recruitment process: briefing, job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Integrate AI tools to streamline hiring while prioritising candidate experience.
- Iterate on and improve established recruitment processes for consistency and scalability across both markets.
- Take ownership of new employee administration, including contracts and onboarding, while collaborating with the People team and hiring managers.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted TA partner for hiring managers across the UK and US, sharing market insights, best practices, and candidate evaluation guidance.
- Use data and AI-generated insights to inform hiring decisions and advise on role scoping and market positioning.
- Work closely with the wider People team and broader stakeholders.
Employer Branding
- Support JustPark’s employer branding, contributing to social media, job ads, and career page improvements as part of role development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the People team on employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Full 360 recruitment experience: Proven ability to own the entire hiring process, from start to finish.
- Experience as a standalone or embedded recruiter, comfortable working independently while following structured processes.
- Tech sector recruitment expertise: Successfully hired across technical and commercial roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using and implementing AI tools in recruitment workflows (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude).
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, ideally Workable.
- Process-oriented: Ability to follow, protect, and improve existing structures.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving hiring targets and ensuring quality of hire.
- Adaptable with strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
- Analytically minded, able to report on recruitment performance using data.
