Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in London, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This role will be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring talented professionals across our business, supporting growth across data centre development, construction, engineering and corporate functions.
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an excellent recruitment experience while proactively identifying and engaging talent in a competitive market. This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates through a range of channels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer management and onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.

Talent Sourcing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals.
- Support market mapping activities for key business areas.
- Develop candidate pools across technical, project delivery and corporate functions.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market conditions.
- Support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
- Deliver regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.
Continuous Improvement
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practice.
- Assist with recruitment projects as the business continues to grow.
- Help promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development or data centres.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Exposure to international or multi-country recruitment.
- Experience recruiting technical or project-based roles.

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and works closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the business.
