Are you a talent acquisition professional who thrives on uncovering hard-to-find talent, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering recruitment strategies that create real business impact?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Black & White Engineering by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent across a growing international business.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic stakeholder partnering with hands-on sourcing expertise, leveraging advanced recruitment tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, X-Ray searching, talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor mapping, and proactive pipelining strategies to engage the very best talent in the market.

Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you'll be trusted to drive hiring decisions, build high-quality talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. A key focus of the role will be attracting and securing engineering professionals within the mission critical and data centre sector, including MEP Design, BIM, Design Management, Commissioning, Sustainability, Power Systems, Civil & Structural Engineering, and other specialist disciplines.

Please note: This is a specialist engineering recruitment role rather than a generalist Talent Acquisition position. We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring technical engineering professionals, ideally within the data centre, mission critical, building services, construction, or engineering consultancy sectors.

What's In It For You

  • Become a Trusted Talent Advisor – You'll work directly with hiring managers and leadership teams, influencing hiring decisions, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help shape how talent is identified, assessed, and secured across the business.
  • Recruit for Industry-Leading Mission Critical Projects – Partner with engineering leaders across our global business to attract and secure specialist professionals who design, deliver, and commission some of the world's most complex data centre and mission critical facilities. You'll gain deep exposure to niche engineering disciplines and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of one of the industry's leading consultancies.
  • Develop Advanced Sourcing Expertise – Move beyond traditional recruitment approaches by leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, talent intelligence tools, and targeted market mapping techniques to engage specialist and passive talent pools.
  • Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle – From role evaluation and benchmarking through to offer management and onboarding, you'll have responsibility for delivering a high-quality recruitment experience that puts candidate experience at the centre of every hiring decision.
  • Drive Recruitment Innovation – Use market insights, recruitment trends, and data analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes, enhance recruitment processes, and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
  • Build Strategic Talent Pipelines – You'll create and nurture talent communities that support both immediate hiring requirements and future business growth, giving you visibility of recruitment demands across the organisation.
  • Grow Your Career in a Global Business – Join a business that values expertise, encourages continuous improvement, and provides opportunities to expand your influence across international teams and projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
