12-month FTC

Can be based at either Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Slough

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

About The Role

At KP Snacks, we know that great people make all the difference. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in helping us attract, engage and hire outstanding talent across our business.

Working closely with hiring managers, Human Resources colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding. You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing expert advice, building strong talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our Values and employer brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving recruitment challenges and continuously improving the way things are done. You'll have the chance to influence hiring decisions, use data to drive improvements and help position KP Snacks as an employer of choice. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
