Talent Acquisition Partner
12-month FTC
Can be based at either Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Slough
We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.
We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

About the role
At KP Snacks, we know that great people make all the difference. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in helping us attract, engage and hire outstanding talent across our business.
Working closely with hiring managers, Human Resources colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding. You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing expert advice, building strong talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our Values and employer brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving recruitment challenges and continuously improving the way things are done. You'll have the chance to influence hiring decisions, use data to drive improvements and help position KP Snacks as an employer of choice. What will you be doing?
Delivering end-to-end recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing vacancies through to offer stage, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while meeting business hiring needs.
Partnering with hiring managers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand role requirements, create engaging job adverts, attract high-quality talent and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice, tools and processes.
Creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Act as an ambassador for KP Snacks, delivering an inclusive, engaging and seamless candidate journey while building talent pipelines and nurturing relationships with prospective future colleagues.
Using data to drive better decisions
- Maintain accurate recruitment information across our Applicant Tracking System and recruitment platforms, producing meaningful insights and reports that help identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Driving continuous improvement
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with policies and employment legislation.

Recruitment expertise
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers to deliver successful hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a manufacturing business.
Sourcing and attraction capability
- Proven experience attracting and sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards and proactive talent pooling approaches.
Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build trusted relationships, influence effectively and coach hiring managers to make informed recruitment decisions and deliver great candidate experiences.
Organisation and attention to detail
- Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
Continuous improvement mindset
- A proactive approach to problem solving, simplifying processes and identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
