💼 What You Will Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Operations Talent Team, you’ll specialise in Fintech & BPO industries, sourcing top talent across EMEA, including key locations such as the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, South Africa, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.

You will recruit for roles in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Investor Services, and Corporate Functions—handling diverse vacancies across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Draft job descriptions and leverage platforms like job boards, social media, and employee referrals to engage elite candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct pre-screen vetting, assess CVs, and provide insightful feedback against role requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule in-person and virtual interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Offer Negotiation: Extend competitive offers, negotiate terms, and oversee onboarding logistics.
  • Candidate Management: Build strong relationships, delivering consistent updates and maintaining engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and recruitment best practices.
  • Data Management: Manage accurate candidate databases via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), generate reports, and track recruitment KPIs.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to regional/global initiatives—Workflow Automation, AI Integration, Candidate Experience Improvements, etc.

  • Experience: Proven Talent Acquisition experience (in-house or agency transition).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Mastery of multiple recruitment channels to secure top-tier talent.
  • ATS Confidence: Experience with Workday or similar systems, data-driven decision-making.
  • Regional Hiring Insight: Support recruitment across multinational locations.
  • Relationship-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to delivering exceptional candidate and employer experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Passion for optimising recruitment while voicing innovative ideas.
