Talent Acquisition Partner
Talent Acquisition Partner (UK-Based)
FINN Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our UK team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting both active and passive candidates to our hiring managers for consideration. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual with:

- Strong creative problem-solving capabilities
Essential skills include:
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage recruitment across the majority of FINN Partners’ EMEA business units, including offices in Germany, France, Ireland, Jerusalem, the UAE, and the UK.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with public relations and marketing stakeholders/hiring managers to define job titles, locations, and descriptions.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates at all levels.
- Obtain necessary authorizations and initiate job requisitions for open positions.
- Publish compelling job ads and market open positions effectively.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Sourcing passive candidates and reviewing active applications
- Screening candidate qualifications
- Coordinating interviews
- Managing timeliness and communication throughout the process
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS system for future opportunities.
- Draft and coordinate offer letters and employment contracts for HR approval.
- Manage onboarding details for new hires.
- Facilitate candidate referrals and track compliance with the employee referral bonus program.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws across all EMEA locations.
- Stay updated on global recruitment trends, industry news, and best practices.
- Actively participate in HR team initiatives, projects, and meetings.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong preference for PR, marketing, or service industry experience
- Degrees preferred in:
- Human Resources
- Communications
- Business Management
- Fluency in Business English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Added French/German preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders/hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for all organizational levels
- Record of solving recruitment challenges with proactive problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
